Wednesday, 5:00-6:00 PM: Yoga with Manuela Birner. Manuela holds a 200 hour certification and is a Yoga Alliance RYT (registered yoga teacher). She has been a student of yoga for 10 years and been teaching for 6. She specializes in a 'Gentle Touch' approach with emphasis on making her yoga class accessible to all ages and fitness levels. She is also a dancer and avid student of alternative modalities such as Reiki and T'ai Chi
