Rangita de Silva-de Alwis will discuss her use of four innovative pilot projects launched in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, and Nepal as the lens to explore how the women’s rights and disability rights agendas intersect as a way to create a new paradigm based on a more holistic reading of the human rights framework.
